Less is better. This well-known expression could apply without problems to this Hip-Hop playlist based on drum + bass rhythmic (listen to Rhythm & Flow Vol.2 for more in the same vein). It starts with a kind of claustrophobic atmosphere, thanks to Gil Scott-Heron‘s instrumentals and the often dark beats of Dj Oil, to move towards something lighter and fun with an “à la baguette” conducted instru from Prince Paul (sorry guys, that’s untranslatable in English but fits perfectly in French). On the flow side, well… Mos Def, Gift of Gab and MF DOOM… No need to say more !
